Kagame : the warranted KILLER of Western Democracies

In his book Dancing in the glory of Monsters, renowned political activist and researcher, Jason K. Stearns gives an account of how Congo became a failed state that collapsed into a war of retaliatory massacres.

Stearns brilliantly describes the key perpetrators, many of whom he met personally, and highlights the nature of the political system that brought these people to power, as well as the moral decisions that the war confronted them with.

However, he falls short in his narration- in that he omitted to mention the current King of RPF; a man who has devastated Rwanda and the Central- East African region.

Kagame,  a cunning western-media darling who has become a master in outsmarting his adversaries always emerging victorious is of that rare breed of tyrants that publicly boast of murdering their opponents ,even for trivial disagreements or just mere suspicions- a disturbing trait that seems to be gaining him more admiration than fault-finding in the so called developed world .

For the past 25 years Kagame has been a cold blooded murderer. He is a killer-in-chief  warranted by western democracies! ( A role he relishes playing. )

His latest  victim is Joy Agaba – Rwandan Hero Gen Fred Rwigyema’s sister.

Inyenyeri News has credible and reliable information by sources in the know  that she was strangled to death in her own house; Joy was an abiding thorn in Kagame ‘s foot. She was a constant reminder of her brother’s death to his assassins .

Inyenyeri’s sources allege that Mr Kagame has become increasingly restless because of Major Michael Mupende’s  recent revelations on the assassination of General Fred Rwigema.

Major Michael Mupende has given a detailed eye witness testimony to different media outlets and ousted the traitors that brought  the life of Major Rwigema- a revered Rwandan hero- to an end .

The chilling motive behind her murder, as we were told by reliable sources, is that Joy had been said to have circulated audio clips of Major Mupende’s revelations to some Rwandan army officers and close friends of late Fred Rwigema.

Kagame no doubt knows that killing Joy will not stop the circulation of these clips because they can be easily accessed on media outlets  thanks to his good investment in high speed internet that Rwandans will continue to use to listen to the horrible crimes he stands accused of by yet another reliable witness in the privacy of their homes.

Mr Kagame’s killing tactics are not a new phenomenon, while in Uganda he masterminded executions and eliminations using proxies; it  always emerged later who was behind the killings.

The first victim of this tactic was first NRA Commander SAM MAGARA; he was killed while on a mission in Kampala in the initial days of the NRA Struggle. The same tactic was used to kill Gen. Fred Rwigema and  wiped out nearly all the senior commanders of RPF.

Furthermore , this tactic was used to eliminate his Congolese counterpart :  Laurent Desire Kabila -who he had helped capture power . Late President Laurent Desire Kabila was assassinated by of Kagame’s mercenaries on Kagame’ s orders.

Kagame then went on to play the same card with his counterparts in the region. In Burundi, Kagame planned to assassinate President Pierre Nkurunziza by sponsoring  coup plotters; the same he gave sanctuary to when the coup aborted.

He threatened former Tanzanian President Jahaya Kikwete saying he would hit him where and when he would least expects him:  “Those people [Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete] you just heard siding with Interahamwe and FDLR  and urging negotiations… negotiations? Me, I do not even discuss this topic, because I will just wait for you [Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete] at the right place and I will hit you! He[Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete]  did not deserve my answer. I did not waste my time answering him…It is well known. There is a line you cannot cross, there is a line, a line that you should never cross. It is impossible…”

Kagame has closed the Rwanda –Uganda border and threatened his Ugandan Counterpart and former mentor, “We have been provoked, people have crossed our borders, killed our people and we have not responded. We were able to see someone wanted to drag us into this mess. When they have dragged you into this sort of problem, then you start looking the same,” he said.

Kagame is a man of his word and he has prooved it again nd again. Recently murdering two Ugandan for venturing inside Rwanda:

– John Bosco Tuhirirwe, 30, a resident of Nyakabungo village in Kyabihangwa parish

– Job Byarushaga, 37, a resident of Kiruhura village,  Kamwezi in Rukiga district.

These men were shot dead on Sunday morning at around 5:00 am at Nyagatare district, Rwanda about 200 metres from the Ugandan border.

It’s not surprising therefore that Joy and others have either been murdered, incarcerated or disappeared.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of new army chiefs and ministers in Kigali on Thursday, November 14, 2019, Kagame said they have shed blood to protect the country and are not ready to tolerate those seeking to cause anarchy.

We are going to raise the cost of anybody who wants to destabilize our security…The cost is going to be very high, whether it’s the means that we are going to put into that to make sure that we have everything it takes to ensure the security and stability of our country and our people, and our development. It’s also the cost mainly that those people who want to destabilize our country are going to incur, it’s going to be a very high cost on their part, absolutely. And I mean it, and you know that I mean it,” Mr Kagame said.

Interestingly,  Kagame like all dictators seems to think that his rule and impunity will know no end but as Nelson Mandela said , ” It always seems impossible until it is done .”

Rwandans should and must stop him;they must put an end to this trend of murders or remain trapped awaiting their turn to be wiped out  by his restless paranoia and serial killing.
